The journey has begun.
On August 29, the Guadalupe Torch Mexico–New York Relay Run 2026 began at the sacred Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Mexico City. Surrounded by hundreds of runners, families and faithful, the Torch was blessed before beginning its extraordinary journey north.
For more than 20 years, this Torch has carried something far greater than a flame. It carries faith, prayers, memories, hope and the love of families separated by distance and borders. Every mile represents a connection. Every runner carries a prayer. Every community along the way becomes part of this beautiful journey.
As a proud sponsor, the Torch will travel through nine states in Mexico and 14 states across the United States before reaching New York City on December 12, the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
